How does Navas Click Stop Photo Booth work?

Do the photos print out right away?
Yes, your photos print within seconds.
Do you provide an online photo gallery?
Yes. Your event will be uploaded to a private online gallery with a secure password.
Do you offer a scrapbook service?
Yes the scrapbook service is included in The Excellence package. We do ask that you or your coordinator provide us with a small table for us to place your guest book on. Our on-site attendant will assist your guests through out the event . We will direct guests to stop by, leave a copy of their photo strip and write a personal message. We bring all supplies needed. You’ll then receive your Guest book at the end of your reception or event.
Do you need a deposit to reserve my event?
Yes. We require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit to book/secure your event date. The deposit is applied towards your total fee and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.
Is the deposit refundable?
Due to the processing costs related to securing the date for you, unfortunately all deposits are non-refundable.
How far in advance do you need to book?
We often receive bookings 6-18 months in advance. Though we do receive last minute bookings within two weeks or less from the event date, these rush bookings may result in the need for a full up-front payment (since the time frame may fall beyond the four weeks payment requirements) and also result in rushing the graphic design process. We always recommend booking sooner than later.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Chase QuickPay, Personal/Business Checks and Cash.
What happens if my event date changes?
We ask that you notify us immediately and we will make every effort to accommodate your new event date.
What are the dimensions of the photo booth?
The photo booth area is approximately 5′ x 5′ wide and 10′ feet tall and requires a normal 110v electrical outlet. Please allow extra room for the necessary extra items (props table, scrapbook station, etc).
Can you accommodate an event on a higher floor?
Yes. Since our photo booth is portable, we can service higher floors.
Can you accommodate an outdoor event?
Yes, if weather is permitting. Otherwise, shelter is needed in case of rain or severe wind.
Do you offer different backdrops?
Yes. Navas Click Stop Photo Booth offers several quality backdrops to help match your event.
Will I get a copy of all the pictures from my event?
Yes. You will receive a private online gallery to download your photos for free or order additional prints.
Will there be a limit of photobooth sessions that can be taken at my event?
No. Guests can take as many photos as they like!
Is there an attendant with the photo booth for the entire time?
Yes. Our professional and friendly attendants stay with the booth to ensure everything runs smoothly and help guests with any questions.
